Introduction

The ampoule making machine produced by our company is a kind of curved neck easy fold ampoule production line.The curved neck easy folded ampoules produced by this machine can meet the ampoule's shape, performance and packaging requirements of domestic and international users. This series includes: 1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, 20ml curved neck easy fold ampoule. In this production line, each production line of 1ml, 2ml, 5ml model has one molding machine, melting segment machine, connection undercut machine, they are arranged in the form of a U-shaped. Each production line of 10ml, 20ml model has one molding machine, melting segment machine, connection undercut machine, they are arranged in the form of a L-shaped. This series of ampoule production line adapt horizontal multi-branch molding process to produce ampoules, it can achieve automatic tube putting, neck pressuring, drawing, section melting, bottle divided, nicking, points coloring, re-cut, flared, baking the bottom end, processes annealing, etc.
